Latest update on our first-round challenges

We are currently working with our shortlisted partners from Cohort 1 to scope and design the first wave of pilots that will best demonstrate those Innovative technologies that we have selected within the Diageo Supply Chain.

The application window opened in November 2020, and we received around 300 applications across our first four challenges within the few weeks that the application window was open. We were thrilled with both the number and the quality of applications  that we received, and this gave us the exciting but challenging job of narrowing down the short list  of 22 applications to those with the most relevant technologies.

We would like to thank everyone who applied to Cohort 1 and would encourage all Innovators with a relevant idea or technology, including those that may have applied already, to look out for the next wave of challenges, with more to follow in early 2022.

We expect to be in a position to share the details of the Cohort 1 pilots in the next few weeks.
